Solutions....
There is a spiritual solution to every problem that exists, every question that is asked, every situation that needs to be resolved, for every person, in every life, in every moment in time. No matter what, where, when, or why, the answer can always be found by opening to the possibility that there is some thing...thought or idea beyond the human condition or experience that wants to become known, and if one is aware, will ultimately lead to more joy, freedom, prosperity and love. This Spiritual Truth forms the basis for this 8-post series of my new blog: SOLUTIONS.
First, what do we mean when we say something is "spiritual?" The answer is subjective, because for each of us, every thought or idea is personal. Thus, for clarity and for the purpose of this blog, we're going to define the word "spiritual" as that which is beyond the physical, not physically known; or as Webster's defines it, "ecclesiastical, rather than lay or temporal." A more ethereal explanation comes from the Latin word "spiritualis, of breathing, of wind, from spiritus." I like this definition for the connection it makes between the physical and the non-physical realms. In spiritual teachings, the breath is often referred to as Spirit ~ it flows in, out, around and through all things; the wind, the breeze, the air all around; it touches and connects all life.
Then there is the question, what is "Truth?" The word "truth" is again, highly subjective and also very personal, yet in spiritual teaching...not so much! Capital "T" Truth just simply IS. The "Truth" we are talking about here is known, and it is not subjective. It is changeless. It is the same everywhere and for every person. It is everywhere present, in every situation and circumstance. And, It is forever seeking expression. It is our very nature to KNOW Truth, and we do. It is also true that over our lifetimes of human family and societal conditioning, we have nearly forgotten It. But It is still there, awaiting our recognition of It, so that It can unfold and bring about more good for each one of us individually, and as a whole. This Truth is being sought by millions of people whose eyes have opened to the possibility of a new reality, and I am compelled by the movement of Spirit through me, to speak It. That is the impetus for "SOLUTIONS." To bring to light and to know more deeply....for you, for me, for us....Truth of ourselves as a uniquely individualized expressions of infinite intelligence ~ Spirit as Us.
As we travel this 8-week journey, looking into and finding "Solutions" for what you might want to change in your life, my request is that you bring an open mind into the experience of this blog. I want you to know that "there is great good in this life, and you ought to have it!"* No matter how difficult or painful some part of your life might look and feel right now, you can change it. Your understanding of some profound Spiritual Truths will lead you to the Solutions you seek.
